MODE OF PARTICIPATION
1. All those who want to attend the Forum in Rome are allowed to participate in the UNIVtube of UNIV Forum 2012.
2. Each group is made up of a maximum of five students. They can work under the guidance of a tutor. The documentary’s theme should follow the one proposed by the UNIV committee for that Forum edition. Those who wish can also work on one of the suggested topics.
3. Each group is expected to produce a 5 to 10 minute video, edited in any language, unless it is also subtitled either in English, Spanish or Italian. The subtitles are not necessary if the original audio is already in one of these three languages.

4. Each participating group must register on the followed link, before the registration deadline:

Before the deadline for submission, each participating group must upload his documentary on www.youtube.com (recommendations for youtube) and send an email to info@univtube.org indicating the link that allows view the documentary. Once the deadline, the academic committee of UNIVtube inform each group, within three days, if his documentary has been accepted or not in the contest.
6. Only one documentary will be accepted by registered group. Documentaries will not be accepted after the deadlines.
7. The day of the UNIV Forum in Rome will be released, at the beginning of the contest, the 10 finalist groups, that will have 2-3 minutes to present his documentary before playing it. These 10 documentaries will be published in www.univtube.org once the contest finish.
8. All groups admitted to the UNIVtube contest must submit to the jury a copy of his documentary in DVD format the day of the Forum.
9. Every group registered in the UNIVtube contest agrees to accept the verdict of the jury.

SCHEDULE
- Deadline for registration:
2012, March 9th. NEW DEADLINE: 2012, March 19th
- Deadline for delivery the documentaries: 2012 March 23st.
- The presentation of the documentaries will be held at Rome, on 2012 April 3rd, in Rome.
